Everything runs and works as if it were your own top notch company. Care and attention to detail, support and friendliness is an everyday occurrence.

The overall impressions are excellent and having worked for some very large multinationals I feel completely at home.

Example: Our board of directors which include owners of prominent global retailers actually enjoy coming to each board meeting with The Atrium being the venue of choice. All live within the south of England/London and there are many other venue options they could use.

It’s also a community and the team work hard to include everyone cross referencing business leads where appropriate but also create a sense of belonging to The Atrium.

Example: I have used the services of other companies within the building with very easy introductions where I would have normally gone to traditional sources and the Gala night that was run here raised a good amount of money for charity as everyone came together as we felt as one team plus wanted to give back a little from all the hard work that went in.

In principle I personally feel that we have an excellent working environment that runs very effectively. Its beautiful setting with ease of access to London and the south of England.

Eskom

The cost we are paying is half that of what we paid at our previous centre in Central London. The space is also slightly larger.

The centre itself is situated in a ‘less ideal’ environment, being in a light industrial area, but the ambiance is very good.

The gardens, in particular the pond, make for a peaceful break during lunch, in particular during good weather.
The ground floor has a Hollywood theme and uses it effectively to create an atmosphere.
The common areas are of a high standard.

The staff members are helpful, particularly when we moved in and had to find local suppliers for many things.

Bright Blue

In today’s business environment, having a true focus upon customer service, and truly putting the customer first, is all too rare. The management of The Atrium constantly do this. The services available are second to none, with comprehensive supply of all necessary high quality business tools required: professional meeting rooms, pleasant break-out space and communal areas, well appointed offices, building wi-fi, and more. The quality of all these amenities is of the highest standard, and would not look out of place in a central London location. This offers businesses here a credibility and brand presence for visiting clients that is very rare outside London.

In addition The Atrium has unexpected value adding amenities that make it stand out further above the norm. The gardens are an oasis of tranquillity on the edge of the town, which make outdoor meetings in good weather a genuine and pleasant reality, and also regularly deliver business networking events and summer barbecues. This puts The Atrium ahead and shoulders above its competition in my view, and makes a move elsewhere simply not a consideration.

Finally, The Atrium does not stand still. Over the time I have worked at this business centre the service has evolved constantly. A first class in-sourced on site café has been added to the environment, again a huge bonus for client entertaining on site, and negating the need to leave the offices at all during the working day. Video conferencing and high quality multi-media presentation equipment is also now available in the conference rooms.

The Atrium has set itself a service benchmark that is incredibly high, and yet it is the positive attitude and constant desire to better its service for its clients that sets it apart from others. I would recommend it to anyone, and have indeed done so successfully in the past year.
